管理员每周7天，每天24小时随叫随到(AOC).

To confer with or report an urgent concern to the AOC, please call 校园安全 at (860) 297-2222. Emergency or urgent situations can be directly related to a student’s life on campus, 和/或与他们的家庭生活有关.

The AOC can contact the student(s) of concern to check on their well-being and can offer 指导. 在某些情况下, it may be difficult to fully address the situation and take necessary action until the next business day.

学生, 工作人员, 教师, and parents/families should contact 校园安全 for urgent or emergency matters.

• 学生, 工作人员, or 教师 who witness or experience incidents that cause them grave concern and which they believe have violated 全球十大网赌正规平台 policy can complete and 提交 a report.
• 家长/监护人知道, or have been made aware of incidents by their student can 提交 a report to the 校园安全 at (860) 297-2222 or to the Office of Student & 社区生活电话:(860)297-2156或电子邮件 (电子邮件保护).

• Formulate an appropriate response and reach out to the student of concern to have a supportive conversation and offer some 指导 on how to move forward.

If necessary, an administrator or 工作人员 member within the 学生和社区生活办公室 may:

• Follow-up with the the individual who 提交ted the referral for additional information.
• Coordinate with other campus partners and/or parents to help connect the student with additional supportive resources.

The issue will be considered resolved if no other concerns are presented.

• If necessary, follow-up will be done with the parties involved, including the reporting party. If no other concerns are presented, the issue will be considered resolved.

When completing the forms, please be as thorough, specific and objective as possible.

匿名举报是允许的, we strongly encourage individuals to identify themselves when 提交ting a referral or reporting a concern. Our intervention can be much more effective when the student understands the origination of the report including the name of the person sharing the concern.

提交s are reviewed by the Office of Student and Community during normal business hours. 一旦收到, we will acknowledge the submission and may contact the reporter for additional information. 取决于关注的程度, submissions may receive a response within three (3) to five (5) business days.
